What is included in the LTC "Sail & Scale" Training Cruise?
LODGING: Double occupancy stateroom for 3 nights about the Royal Carribean's "Liberty of the Seas".
MEALS: World class dining on the Royal Caribbean's Liberty of the Seas, with three breakfast, lunch and dinners provided.
All meals, non-alcoholic and non-soda beverages are included in your registration.
(note - Sodas, alcohol, gambling, souvenirs, wifi, and excursions are covered at your own additional expense)
SESSIONS: Choice of 12 professional development workshops and 4 technical assistance meetings throughout the 3-Day cruise!
NETWORKING & RELAXATION: Day long access to Royal Carribean's private island adventure, "Perfect Day at Coco Cay", and guided site visit to Nassau community based agency/OST program (pending confirmation) on Sunday, March 8th.
CELEBRATION: Pre-cruise 20th Birthday celebration with the Leading To Change team on Friday night, March 6th!
How much does the LTC "Sail & Scale" Training Cruise cost?
Your costs depends on your choice of stateroom and timeline of booking!
(Note - $54 gratuities are already included in each of the registration rates!)

What will I need to book the LTC "Sail & Scale" Training Cruise?
All bookings for the training cruise must be done through this website. Once your registration and payment is completed, you will receive followup confirmations from Lori Burton of Magic Travelers (lburton@magicaltravelers.com). At any time in the process you can also reach Lori by phone at 704-968-5562 or Leading To Change staff at 704-595-1789.
We will need for BOTH occupants of your room - full legal name, birth date, phone number, category of cabin requested, email address, and payment made with a credit or bank card. We cannot hold or reserve cabins without the above information and full payment. If you choose to occupy the room as a solo passenger, you will be booked for two registrations. Note - Passports are STRONGLY recommended for all guests on this cruise and are critical for any emergency occurring not on U.S. soil. We will be docking in another country should you choose to leave the boat. If passports are not available, birth certificates are accepted.

What is the refund policy for the LTC "Sail & Scale" Training Cruise?
All payments for the LTC "Sail & Scale" Training Cruise are non-refundable. However, if you are not able to attend, you CAN transfer your reservation to another person by contacting Lori Burton by email. The deadline to make changes to your reservation is 12/15/25. After this date, no further modifications can be made.
What travel discounts are available for guests?
Each guest will be responsible for their own airfare/transport to the Port Everglades Cruise Terminal in Ft. Lauderdale. We are pleased to provide a VIP discount rate through our partnership with Delta Airlines. Discount flight reservations and ticketing are available via www.delta.com by entering the meeting code "NM4N3" under the “Advanced Search” option or by calling Delta's Conferences and Events Reservations at 800-328-1111.
